Great concept, great design. Gave it a three because its constantly crashing. I know this is a new game, but hopefully the devs can fix the crashing issue. Also, it says I am offline, thus can not play the training mode which is weird since im running it on wifi. Again, its a new game, but ive gotta be honest. The game is built on a subscription model, so it is not free.

I'm stuck on the loading screen. Trying to sign up for the app, and I'm not getting any feedback when I tap the sign up button after giving my sign up details. Edit: Been able to log in using my old details, though the sign up issue still remains. Now, the new issue is with subscription. I subbed to a monthly plan, but for some reason, it hasn't reflected in the app yet. It still thinks I haven't, and as such, the premium lessons are still locked for me

it's a great app but it has big problems sometimes when I open the app it keeps freezing and when I try to sing up doesn't work I've been thinking about pay for it but until you solve the problems I'm not gonna do that other than it's a good app with fun and interactive puzzles and exercise.

The content is fantastic, but the UI needs work. The app runs very poorly (slowly, and at a low framerate) even on my flagship phone, and the GUI is inconsistent and feels tacky. Elements overlap, buttons are awkwardly placed, and although I like the idea of "gamification", it feels gimmicky in its current state.

This app is amazing with Magnus teaching us his best moves and in-depth analysis. However, for the past few weeks I'm not able to access any of the content and lessons due to an error message saying that I'm offline. It didn't get resolved till date and I'm not able to progress in any of the chapters even though my connection is pretty stable.

amazing chess teaching app. like 99% free, the 1% is the super detailed part, that you can easily find online or by pondering while playing chess and allat. only problem is that it glitches and shuts down a LOT like A LOT. maybe its just me, but i have more than enough storage, dont click too fast, and have enough charge when i use it. the amount of times it crashes tempts me to rate it 2, but the content is too good. just please fix the crashing issue 🥀✌️

Capturing a defender-overloading lesson, interference, pinning, forking, double check. These are all valuable lessons that get you to think about how the game works in the long term, very good. But getting coins for them is very hard to do. What is missing : capture sequences (chains)

Very interesting app with great content. However navigating inside the app can be challenging and don't make sense. To start a lesson, you can choose how to start via a chat and answer suggestion doesn't change anything. Why a chat? There are quite a few bugs, when you finish a lesson, the list doesn't bring you to the next lesson, so you have to scroll up to find the next lesson. The app crashed randomly when playing matches. Overall great idea, but the app is not totally mature yet

I am having a realy good time with this app (bought monthly subscription). Love the style of writing and the material that has been chosen. Keeps me engaged and creates feeling of progression. App is riddled with bugs though and live oponents usually use engines, so I'm very much looking forward to future updates. Hopefully very near future! ;) Edit: Canceled subscription until bugs and stability issues are resolved.

UNDERRATED APP, this is the best chess trainer app that ive seen like you can unlock lessons without using money and that alone is already really good i really like this app because it offers alot of benefits. Edit: i bought some gold coins i got it but suddenly it said there was a problem with my connection (i already had my own account signed up) then after a few seconds i lost my whole progress and i also lost the gold coins that i bought so i lost my money and my progress... Please fix it.

The app is interesting for my kids and visually very appealing, but it randomly crashes a lot. Like in the middle of a chess game, where you are almost reaching for the win! Three times in ten minutes! It's an endlessly frustrating experience. I'm ending our two trial subscriptions because of that, and will be looking for something else. 🫤
